Apparently the paperback is cheaper than the e-book! Still, Very much looking forward to reading the book and seeing the MM-argument laid out in a longer form. I know it is focused on the US experience, and I am looking forward to see how interesting it is from a European point of view – i.e. how much the analysis speaks to the current EU economic crisis as well as the US one.
Great fan of your blog, and in particular your penchance for illustrations!
