Now Amazon has a paperback copy of the book available (here):
Apparently the paperback is cheaper than the e-book! Still, Very much looking forward to reading the book and seeing the MM-argument laid out in a longer form. I know it is focused on the US experience, and I am looking forward to see how interesting it is from a European point of view – i.e. how much the analysis speaks to the current EU economic crisis as well as the US one.
Great fan of your blog, and in particular your penchance for illustrations!
Mads, thanks. Hope you enjoy the read.
You are bestseller on amazon in Money and Monetary Policy category, congrats!
I ordered mine. When and where is the book signing?
Bill, we must come up with an “excuse” so the group can meet!
